JOY Furniture (www.joyfurniture.co.za); Riverwalk Furniture (www.riverwalkfurniture.co.za) is in the planning process of rolling out furniture showrooms geographically across South Africa.
The group intends to expand its geographical footprint to the following areas:
- Johannesburg - Gauteng
- Cape Town - Western Cape
- Umhlanga - Kwazulu Natal
- Mbombela - Mpumalanga
- Polokwane - Limpopo
Each of the new outlets will be separate subsidiary companies of the group and we offer to the investor/s ordinary shares of up to 50% of the initial capital investment of the particular branch estimated @ R5m each.
